Job Description Senior Real Estate Manager Based from any Water Tech office in: Milan | Madrid | Budapest | Paris | UK This is a strategic real estate management position, not a facilities management or commercial office-only role. Our candidate will have substantial experience managing industrial assets - manufacturing facilities, laboratories, warehouses, or utilities infrastructure. Water Tech is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Manager to join our Real Estate team. This strategic position offers the opportunity to shape our European real estate portfolio while working with regional leadership. The role involves comprehensive management of our property portfolio, including lease administration, transaction management, and strategic site development. Working directly with the Global Director of Real Estate, you will have the autonomy to drive initiatives that create significant business impact. Important clarification: Day-to-Day Duties? Lead operational lease transaction and negotiation projects and ensure timely completion Manage lease administration for office, industrial, and laboratory facilities Execute lease abstractions and documentation into real estate management systems Oversee site dispositions, including sales and lease-backs Partner with legal teams on complex commercial contract negotiations Develop and maintain property database systems Coordinate workspace planning and site relocations Support environmental compliance and site restoration projects If you have extensive real estate portfolio management experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive strategic property initiatives across European markets, we invite you to apply for this senior position.
