KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise clients on property options, focusing on off-plan developments and investment opportunities.
• Generate new leads through digital marketing, networking, and client referrals.
• Arrange and conduct property tours and presentations, showcasing features and benefits.
• Negotiate offers and finalize deals while ensuring smooth documentation and transactions.
• Keep up-to-date with current and upcoming projects, market trends, and payment plans.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and support.
• Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and industry events.
