What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to closing deals across both secondary and off-plan markets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, armed with detailed market knowledge—including pricing trends, developer pipelines, and regulatory dynamics.
  • Deliver exceptional service, building strategic, long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • Leverage our tools—CRM, marketing collateral, virtual tours—to boost productivity and close with confidence.

Who You Are

  • 2–3+ years of real estate sales experience in Abu Dhabi or equivalent high-performance sales backgrounds.
  • Deep understanding of the local Abu Dhabi property market.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic (and additional languages) is a plus.
  • UAE resident with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, values autonomy, and expects their earnings to reflect their performance.
