REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market.
• Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve team and individual targets.
• Build and maintain a high-net-worth client portfolio.
• Conduct property viewings, offer expert consultations, and close deals with confidence.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities.
• Foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business and client referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance and pipeline activities.
