Senior Real Estate Videographer, Photographer & Editor Property Solvers Real Estate Broker LLC | Business Bay, Dubai | Full-Time | In Person We're a RERA-licensed Dubai brokerage looking for a senior, fast videographer who can shoot, edit and deliver property content with quick turnaround. Speed matters as much as quality in this role. What You'll Do - Shoot property walkthroughs, listing photos and off-plan project content across Dubai - Shoot and edit short-form Reels, TikToks and agent content that stops the scroll - Edit, colour-grade, add sound, subtitles, motion graphics and branding - Shoot agent headshots and design thumbnails and cover images - Create AI voiceovers and multilingual subtitles (English, Arabic, Hindi, Russian) - Bring off-plan renders to life with AI motion - Use AI tools (Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Magnific or similar) to produce more content, faster - Come up with creative content ideas, hooks and scripts, not just film what you're told - Plan shoots with agents and manage several shoots a week Turnaround We Expect - Listing photos edited and delivered within 24 hours of the shoot - Reels and walkthrough videos edited within 24–48 hours - Several property shoots per week, plus a steady weekly Reels output Requirements - 3+ years of professional videography, photography and editing experience - At least 2 years shooting Dubai real estate (off-plan, secondary or both) - Expert in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and Photoshop, with motion design skills - Strong grasp of Instagram and TikTok hooks, formats and trends - Hands-on experience with AI video and image tools - Owns professional camera equipment (camera, gimbal, lighting, mic) - UAE driving licence; drone experience (GCAA) is a plus - Currently in the UAE and able to join quickly - Portfolio or showreel of real estate work is required Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month + visa and benefits as per UAE Labour Law How to Apply Send your CV and real estate portfolio or showreel to hr@propertysolvers.ae Subject: Senior Videographer – [Your Name] Applications without a real estate portfolio will not be considered.
