Monkey Tree Holiday Park is a multi-award winning family run park known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking a driven, confident and proactive Senior Reception & Sales Advisor to assist our Guest Experience Team here at Monkey Tree Holiday Park for the 2025 season. The ideal candidate will support operations to enhance the experience of our guests.
You will be providing an efficient and professional reception service, working to increase all bookings/sales and providing general administrative support.
This is offered on a Seasonal Contract until mid November 2025, with the potential to extend through Winter based on performance. Business hours for reception are 8am to 9pm in peak season from Monday to Sunday, which means flexibility is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Being the point of call for any Guest issues on Reception Manager days off and acting as the initial point of contact for all team queries.
  • Proactively promote holiday homes, upgrades and additional services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Greeting guests and checking them in and out of their accommodation.
  • Providing first-rate, efficient, and flexible customer service.
  • Answering all calls and emails promptly, adequately and in a polite manner.
  • Dealing with all ad-hoc customer queries/complaints.
  • Completing all general administrative duties.
  • Dealing with third party booking agents.
  • Providing support to other departments where necessary.
  • Ensuring the team handle card payment transactions and log correctly.
