Job Description Lifecare is seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused Receptionist to become the face of our Cockburn clinic. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Senior Receptionist position and develop their career within our Allied Health team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity (16–24 hours per week), working closely with and reporting into the Regional Practice Manager, and ideal for someone who thrives in a busy customer-facing environment and enjoys making a genuine difference to people’s day. Experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role (medical experienced highly regarded) A people-first mindset with a strong customer service focus Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Confidence working in a fast-paced environment Experience with booking or practice systems (e.g. Nookal) is desirable, not essential Ready to join us?
