Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

A respected legal practice with offices across Cumbria and North Lancashire, including thier largest office in Lancaster. Established in 2005, they offer a wide range of legal services for both private and business clients. In 2024, they transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust, reflecting our commitment to shared success and empowering our team. ​
They are seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist to lead thier front-of-house operations at thier Lancaster office. This role is pivotal in ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing reception teams, delegating tasks effectively, and maintaining high standards of client service.​

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a senior receptionist or front-of-house supervisory role, preferably within a professional services environment.​
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.​
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.​
  • Proficient in using office software and managing appointment systems.​
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.​
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.​
  • Lead and support a team of receptionists, providing guidance and training as needed.​
  • Coordinate front-desk activities, including managing appointments and handling inquiries.​
  • Implement and maintain procedures to enhance client experience.​
