OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced General Practice Senior Receptionist to join our busy practice team. This is not a remote role and based in Practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and staff, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. In the absence of the Practice Team Leader, the Senior Receptionist will assist the reception team and clinicians. This role is considered a succession role to the Practice Team Leader of the future.
Due to the nature of the role and the cover required, the days required are Monday, Tuesday and Friday. These are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities
