As the Senior Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and professional welcome. You will manage the front desk, oversee daily operations, and lead a small team of receptionists. This role requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a hotel receptionist, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Oversee the smooth operation of the reception desk, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and train reception staff, ensuring adherence to hotel standards.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
• Manage guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate billing and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Assist in the management of reservations and bookings, ensuring optimum occupancy levels.
