Volksmaster Ltd are currently looking to recruit a Senior Receptionist to join our rapidly growing team in Bury
We are looking for an individual who wants a career and not just a job !
Volksmaster Ltd are a Volkswagen/Audi Vehicle Repair centre with 4 branches throughout Oldham, Bury and Heywood.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Fast learner
  • Previous reception experience is desirable
  • Motor trade experience preferred but not essential
    Hours – Mon-Friday 8:00am -17:30pm ( 30 Min Lunch )
    Holidays - 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
    Job Type: Permanent
    Pay: £12.50 per hour
    Interviews will be held at Volksmaster Main office , Oldham , Earl mill OL82PF
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £12.50-£14.50 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Answering telephone enquiries and managing bookings
  • Completing invoices and taking payments
  • Liaising with customers and branch manager
  • Ordering and maintaining office workshop supplies
  • Assisting with the smooth running of centre
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and set the example for other co workers
  • To maintain and set the example of a friendly and positive image that reflects the family approach within the office and where possible within the branch
  • To ensure the office/reception unit runs efficiently and that all office duties are attended to effectively and in advance
  • Support other reception staff and their development
  • To effectively manage branch profits and expenses by purchases and sales and reducing purchases cost such as parts and consumables
  • To manage branch customer and supplier accounts effectively
