MTM Partners is seeking a Senior Reconciliation Expert with a strong background in the banking industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reconciliations across multiple systems and accounts.

• Lead and perform daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reconciliations of financial transactions (equities/bonds/funds/cash) across various banking and payment systems.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective resolution of issues.
• Develop, enhance, and implement reconciliation processes, controls, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Prepare and review reconciliation reports for management, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior reconciliation analysts.
• Act as a subject matter expert for reconciliation-related projects, including system migrations and process improvements.
