Primary Responsibilities: Offer Management Process Validate requisition details, salary comparators, and approval matrices before offer release Prepare, finalize, and release offer letters through Taleo, ensuring compliance with SOPs Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews Reporting & Analytics Develop, track and maintain dashboards and reports for offer management metrics (e.g., offer acceptance rates, turnaround times, compliance tracking) Generate and maintain offer process related reports Provide dashboards and insights to leadership for decision-making Data Management Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources Identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to organizational policies, approval workflows, and confidentiality protocols Conduct periodic checks on Taleo load reports and integration with GSS Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Recruiters, HR Ops, governance & COE team Support audits by preparing required documentation and responding to queries Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Skills & Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Analytics, or related field Solid proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, powerpoint and data visualization tools Proven excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in reporting tools and Excel for data analysis Proven detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specializing in high-volume hiring Familiarity with offer management processes and recruitment lifecycle At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
