POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Recruiter will serve as a strategic partner in driving 3C’s continued growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent while helping preserve and strengthen the company’s culture. This position oversees full-cycle recruiting for both field and office roles, elevates 3C’s presence in the talent marketplace, and ensures every new hire has a positive and impactful onboarding experience. Acting as a brand ambassador, the Senior Recruiter represents 3C at career fairs, community events, and industry gatherings, promoting the company’s mission and values at every level- from skilled trades to executive leadership. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is instrumental in meeting business growth targets and enhancing the overall employee experience.

ONBOARDING AND CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE

  • Work with HR and hiring managers to create and deliver onboarding plans that ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Equip managers with the tools and resources needed to help employees succeed early in their roles.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Track record of successfully filling hard-to-hire roles and development talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to connect with diverse audiences.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results driven.
  • Comfortable interviewing candidates at all levels, from entry-level trades to executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and social media sourcing tools.
  • Experience in construction or skilled trades preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Ohio.
