YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to advise and influence hiring managers.
  • Expertise in recruitment analytics, including sourcing effectiveness, hiring trends, external market influences, and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, ideally Workday.
  • Deep knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on complex recruitment projects and hiring campaigns.
  • Manage high-impact hiring needs for specialised and senior-level positions.
  • Leverage talent intelligence reports and external data to provide stakeholders with market intelligence and strategic guidance.
  • Optimise recruitment processes through data-driven decision-making, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and business leaders to improve talent acquisition effectiveness.
  • Mentor and influence team members, leading by example and proactively solving hiring challenges.
  • Develop proactive hiring strategies based on talent market shifts, competitor knowledge and industry research.
