Job Description In this role, you take ownership of end-to-end recruiting for key positions across IMS, with a strong focus on attracting talent in highly competitive, technical environments. You act as a true partner to hiring managers, shaping hiring decisions and ensuring the right people join at the right time. At the same time, you help us continuously improve how we hire—making our processes more effective, scalable, and candidate-centric.
