JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter / Assistant Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the talent acquisition needs of clients.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates across various industries.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and successful placements.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (5–10 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment agency or talent solutions firm is a plus.
