Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to staffing processes, policies, and strategies; contribute to new concepts and standards. Stakeholder Communication: Keep HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers informed, while engaging effectively with employees at all levels. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the recruiting and hiring process. Vendor Collaboration: Partner with external agencies and vendors to support recruitment needs. Project Coordination: Manage staffing projects and align requirements with supervisors and managers. Compliance: Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to local laws and regulations across ASEAN markets. Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience recruiting for Sales & Marketing roles in the Life Sciences and FMCG industries. Regional Reach: Proven track record managing hiring activities across multiple ASEAN countries. Leadership Partnering: Ability to collaborate with senior executives, offering strategic insights and trusted guidance.
