REQUIREMENTS

· 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in FinTech, crypto, or FX industries.
· Proven ability to manage recruitment independently in a high-growth environment.
· Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS/HRIS tools, and recruitment analytics.
· Experience drafting offer letters and employment contracts.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Detailed understanding of employment law and regulatory frameworks in the UAE.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our fast-paced FinTech company specializing in cryptocurrency and foreign exchange trading platforms. This is a sole contributor role requiring a high degree of autonomy and expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from strategy through onboarding. You will play a crucial role in building our talent pipeline, implementing scalable recruitment processes, hiring top-tier talent across multiple businesses, including product, tech, compliance, trading, risk, marketing, operations etc.
