About the role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is responsible for managing the early stages of the hiring process, including posting open positions, sourcing and reviewing resumes, conducting initial screening calls, and identifying top candidates. The Recruiter will serve as the first point of contact for applicants and will play a critical role in ensuring a positive candidate experience while delivering highly qualified candidates to hiring managers. What you'll do Post and manage job listings across job boards, company career pages, and professional networks. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and internal databases. Review resumes and applications to identify candidates whose experience and qualifications align with open roles. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain organized records of candidate evaluations and communications within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Coordinate candidate information and screening results with hiring managers. Present a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation and interviews. Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the early stages of the hiring process. Stay informed on recruiting best practices and market trends to improve sourcing and screening strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience. Experience reviewing resumes and conducting candidate screening interviews. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job posting platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles in a remote environment. Preferred Skills Experience recruiting across multiple departments or job levels. Knowledge of modern sourcing tools and recruiting platforms.
