  • Act as a strategic partner to business and HR leaders by understanding workforce needs and aligning recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals.
  • Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pipelines across key markets and disciplines, using market intelligence and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Champion Goodyear’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in local and regional talent markets, ensuring consistent, compelling candidate messaging.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, managing communications, feedback loops, and interview logistics with precision and care.
  • Drive process efficiency and compliance using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining data integrity and adhering to local labor laws and internal audit standards.
  • Analyze and track recruitment performance metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, agency usage, etc.) to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Contribute to regional and global talent acquisition projects, including DE&I recruitment efforts, technology upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with and mentor junior recruiters, sharing best practices and supporting team growth across the EMEA region.
