We are looking for a Senior Recruiter, Fleet Operations to support high-volume hiring across robot operations and service engineering. This role is critical to scaling frontline and technical operational teams and requires the ability to manage large pipelines across multiple candidate profiles. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles across robot operations and service engineering Build and manage large, high-throughput candidate pipelines across multiple role types Partner with hiring managers (typically 1–2 levels below VP) to set clear expectations on hiring timelines and outcomes Recruit for roles including robot repair technicians, service engineers, teleoperators, and wranglers Support hiring for data collection, QA, and operational support functions Develop scalable sourcing strategies across diverse candidate personas Maintain strong candidate experience while managing high volume Track and optimize recruiting funnel metrics and pipeline health Improve processes, tooling, and workflows for high-efficiency hiring 8+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting in fast-paced or operational environments Proven ability to manage large pipelines across multiple role types simultaneously Strong ability to set expectations and communicate clearly with hiring managers Experience hiring for technical operations, field service, logistics, or similar roles Ability to operate independently with a high level of ownership Strong organizational and process management skills Experience in robotics, hardware operations, or field service environments is a plus Compensation At 1X your work and results will be rewarded with a total rewards package consisting of a base salary, stock options and benefits. Base salary range is $110,000 to $186,000. Your actual salary will be based on your knowledge, skills and experience.
