Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re seeking experienced, high-energy recruiters to join our Handshake AI talent team and scale our professional domain expert network. You’ll be responsible for high-volume recruiting in law, medicine, finance, and other specialized fields, identifying and engaging fellows, contractors, and full-time experts to support our human data projects.
This role moves fast, requires exceptional sourcing skill, and thrives on building candidate pipelines in hard-to-reach talent pools. Prior agency or executive search experience is strongly preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for domain experts in law, medicine, finance, and other professional fields.
  • Source and engage passive talent through creative outreach, research, and market mapping.
  • Manage high-volume requisitions with speed and precision while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, driving engagement from first contact through close.
  • Partner with Operations and Growth teams to deeply understand role requirements and project timelines.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics, ensuring data integrity in Ashby and other tools.
