Senior Recruiter We’re scaling quickly and looking for a Senior Recruiter who knows how to find the kind of people who bring ideas to life. Someone who can spot operators, marketers, and strategists who thrive at the intersection of healthcare and technology—and who knows how to build teams that move fast, care deeply, and make an impact. You’ll be joining a growing organization where recruiting is treated as a true business partnership, not a service. You’ll work closely with leadership across GTM, Operations, Client Services, and G&A, helping us shape the future of healthtech through the people we hire. What you’ll do Own full-cycle recruiting across non-technical functions (GTM, Operations, People, Marketing, Client Services, and more) Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and craft hiring strategies that scale Build creative sourcing campaigns that target mission-driven talent in healthtech, pharma, or life sciences Create an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation to offer—every touchpoint matters Track and analyze recruiting metrics to help us hire smarter and faster Help evolve our recruiting playbook—processes, interview design, and employer branding included Partner with Marketing to identify and participate in industry events, conferences, and communities to attract and network with top talent What you bring 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthtech, pharma services, life sciences, or a related industry Experience hiring for commercial, operational, or G&A functions within a startup or high-growth environment Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics—comfortable speaking the language of compliance, data, and commercialization You thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and bring structure without slowing things down Known for your candidate experience—you build relationships that last beyond a single hire Curious, thoughtful, and proactive—you anticipate needs before they’re on paper The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - 120,000. Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.
