Description
Talent Acquisition Execution Lead end-to-end hiring: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and implement sourcing strategies, especially for niche semiconductor roles. Source talent via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital platforms. Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and data privacy. Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and hiring decisions. Support branding initiatives through digital campaigns and social media. Talent Insights & Strategy Deliver talent insights and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions. Monitor recruitment metrics and take action to meet performance goals. Use analytics to identify trends and optimize sourcing strategies. Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs, focusing on hard-to-fill roles. Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition to share strategies and best practices. Support immigration processes and coordinate with legal counsel. Contribute to projects including process optimization, system enhancements, and branding. A bachelor's degree, or a diploma with substantial relevant experience in talent acquisition At least 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology sectors Proven success in sourcing and hiring for technical, niche, and high-impact roles Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, SuccessFactors, Career Connect, and Visier, or similar ATS and analytics platforms Experience in campus recruitment and employer branding Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and a passion for talent
