Description
Lead full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies for niche and high-impact roles. Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, digital platforms, and targeted outreach. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of candidate evaluations and hiring decisions. Promote Lam's employer brand across candidate touchpoints and digital channels. Drive university engagement through career fairs, internships, and strategic partnerships. Deliver talent insights and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning. Monitor recruitment metrics and take action to meet performance goals. Build and sustain pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on hard-to-fill and specialized roles. Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and Global TA to align recruitment efforts with business priorities. Support immigration processes and coordinate with legal counsel as needed. Contribute to recruitment-related projects including process optimization, system enhancements, and branding campaigns. Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in semiconductor, manufacturing, or tech industries. Proven success in sourcing and hiring for technical and niche roles. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics tools. Experience in campus recruitment and employer branding is a plus. Team player with a growth mindset and a passion for talent.
