In our Talent Acquisition organization your impact will be deep. You will directly support BIG BET 2: Connecting People to Experts (CP2E), one of Intuit’s 5 Big Bets. The goal is simple: Be the AI-driven Expert platform of choice.
The Senior Professional Recruiter will support the hyper growth of our TurboTax Live Expert Network. Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Service Delivery leaders, the recruiter will design an effective strategy to source, attract, manage, and hire a large and diverse Tax Expert community. Create the vision, set the strategy and lead how we attract and build relationships with candidates who are experts in their domain and are eager to help others. In this role, you will use your expertise in high volume recruiting to continue to grow our external network of tax professionals whilst in tandem, creating clearly defined internal mobility pathways to support and champion Intuit’s growth centric mindset.
Please note that Intuit is working hybrid with 3x in office.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California $122,500 - $166,000
Southern California $120,000 - $162,500This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
