Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) who will not only support our recruiting efforts operationally, but also actively shape and develop them further.

With us, you'll be recruiting for a wide range of areas – from technical trades and commercial positions to sales and management roles. At the same time, we are further expanding our international recruiting efforts and creating new ways to attract qualified employees to our locations.

Your tasks:

Together with our HR team, you will shape a modern recruiting organization and continuously develop our processes.
You will be responsible for filling specialist, expert and management positions – with a particular focus on the technical and skilled trades sector.
You will recruit qualified employees from home and abroad and further develop our strategies for national and international recruitment.
You identify suitable candidates through active sourcing, social recruiting and other modern recruiting channels, and build sustainable talent pools.
You conduct structured interviews and evaluate applicants regarding professional qualifications, personality, motivation and cultural fit.
You control the entire recruiting process – from the initial contact through the interviews to the successful hiring.
You will further develop existing recruiting structures and, together with us, create scalable processes for our continued company growth.
You provide professional support to junior recruiters, pass on your knowledge and accompany their further development.
You will work closely with our management team and the executives of the individual business units, advising them on the selection of suitable candidates.

Your profile:

You have several years of professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or personnel consulting.
Ideally, you have already successfully filled technical, commercial, business, or management positions.
You have a strong sense for people and quickly recognize potential, motivation, and personal fit.
You conduct interviews professionally and in a structured manner, and you can provide sound assessments of candidates.
You work independently, are organized, and maintain an overview even when there are several vacancies at the same time.
You don't just want to adopt existing processes, but actively shape and develop structures.
Active sourcing and the building of long-term talent pools are integral parts of modern recruiting for you.
Experience in international recruiting is a plus.
We require very good German skills and good English skills.
Additional language skills, for example Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, are an advantage.
You enjoy working closely with management and specialist departments and appreciate quick coordination and short decision-making processes.
