Boeing is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) to be based in Neu-Isenburg or Hamburg, Germany.
The candidate will support our Engineering, Test & Technology (ET&T) portfolio across Europe. This is a critical role within our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team and will support global growth projects, geo-diversification efforts and new program wins. In this role you will focus on sourcing and recruiting the best engineering talent across Europe and other global regions.
This position is onsite, based in our Neu-Isenburg or Hamburg office

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Significant experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition within technical or IT markets
  • Demonstrable experience of building Boolean search strings and maintaining talent pipelines
  • Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets
  • ‘Always people first’; focus on candidate experience and delivering an outstanding service
  • Business relationship building, collaborative approach to building relationships
  • Inquisitive with a proactive approach to problem solving, strategic mindset
  • Understands the value of data to inform decision making
  • Excellent communicator, fluent in both English and Germany

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Culturally aware; comfortable working across many geographies
  • Uses collaborative relationships to achieve goals
  • Eye for detail and commercially aware
  • Digital literacy, values technology
  • Experience using Workday and Avature would be an advantage but is not essential
    Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
    Important information regarding this requisition: This requisition is for a locally hired position in GERMANY. Candidates must have current legal authorization to live and work in Germany. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.

Responsibilities
  • Research talent markets and build talent sourcing strategies that capture, engage and maintain top, diverse talent pipelines
  • Execute against strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure all hiring targets are met on time
  • Attend and lead intake sessions for new positions and projects and be accountable for requisition management activities
  • Own external sourcing activity for the engineering function; maintain strong talent pipeline health
  • Lead all aspects of initial candidate screening process (phone screen, candidate preparation, screening interview, feedback review)
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience
  • Create and foster deep business relationships with all stakeholders
  • Responsible for high level of data integrity on all activities
