Partner with hiring leaders to design strategies and deliver top talent. Source candidates creatively across multiple channels. Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the process. Support onboarding and act as a trusted local contact. Lead initiatives to strengthen recruitment processes and employer brand. What you’ll bring 6+ years of experience in Technology recruitment, including 4+ years in Data & Analytics. Success in hiring for senior technical roles (architects, developers, data scientists, IT consultants, designers, e-commerce). Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, international environments. Proactive, creative, and driven to deliver quality outcomes. Fluency in English, spoken and written.
