Lead critical and complex searches, identifying where and how to engage exceptional talent and ensuring a consistent assessment approach. Analyse business and market trends to diagnose pipeline health, improve recruiting performance, and translate insights into actions with measurable impact. Gather requirements and build hiring plans that balance business urgency with candidate expectations across the end-to-end hiring lifecycle Develop and implement multi-channel pipeline strategies to build and sustain long-term relationships with talent pools aligned to Microsoft’s commercial hiring needs. Drive adoption of the candidate assessment framework and identify and evangelise best practices that strengthen quality and consistency of hiring decisions. Qualifications Extensive in-house recruiting experience within evolving technology organisations or large, fast-paced matrix organisation.
