JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Your expertise in talent acquisition and relationship management will be crucial in identifying top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of various recruiting methodologies, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and campus recruitment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role within human resources or talent acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful offer negotiations.
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools, including social media management.
  • Experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or Taleo is preferred.
  • Knowledge of employee evaluation processes and employee relations best practices.
  • Ability to conduct research on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
  • Experience with lead generation strategies for attracting passive candidates.

  • Participate in employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
