In this Senior Recruiter role, you will be a key player in building and growing our EMEA teams from our Dublin location.
This is a unique opportunity to act as both a strategic partner and a recruiting expert. WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Demonstrated experience in a high growth SaaS organization, in a business-facing role with experience recruiting across a variety of profiles (GTM, Early Career, Engineering, and G&A) in the Dublin and broader EMEA market.
  • Experience in employee relations or as an HR Business Partner.
  • A strong foundation in data and analytics, including the ability to share talent market insights and success metrics (hires, run rates, acceptance rates, talent availability, etc.).
  • The ability to balance short- and long-term goals.
  • Direct experience working across global locations and time zones, influencing without direct ownership.
  • A curious, intellectually driven mindset; you never stop looking for ways to improve the business, yourself, or your team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities
  • Build and drive internal and external talent branding programs (e.g., referral drives, tech talks, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, blog posts, hiring events).
  • Partner directly with internal business leadership (up to VP level) and teams across HR, Finance, Operations, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Build and share retroactive and forward-looking analytics with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work across global locations and time zones, influencing in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Balance short- and long-term goals, delivering on immediate needs while planning for future growth.
  • Manage projects and programs within the talent acquisition space.
