We are seeking three experienced Full-Cycle Recruiters to join our growing internal Talent Acquisition team.

You will take complete ownership of assigned vacancies from initial hiring-manager briefing through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and successful hire.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

- Conduct hiring-manager intake meetings.

- Advertise roles through SEEK, LinkedIn and other platforms.

- Proactively source passive candidates.

- Screen and interview candidates.

- Prepare qualified candidate shortlists.

- Coordinate interviews and feedback.

- Conduct reference checks.

- Manage salary discussions and offers.

- Negotiate and close candidates.

- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.

- Provide regular recruitment progress updates.

Experience Required

- 5–7 years' recruitment / talent acquisition experience.

- Strong full-cycle recruitment experience.

- Excellent proactive sourcing capability.

- Experience using SEEK and LinkedIn Recruiter.

- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
