All of our roles are full-time and 100% remote, cutting out the daily commute, and providing top-rated talent with the best job opportunities, all from the comfort of their home. About our client Our client is an AU-based full-service business that connects brands with the right agencies and the right talent to drive real growth. They match ambitious brands with high-performing independent agencies across performance, creative, and digital marketing. The business extends this ecosystem into talent, supporting agencies and brands with permanent hires across digital marketing, ecommerce, creative, and client services. They operates as a long-term hiring partner, focused on quality, speed, and strong alignment. About the role They are looking for a Senior Marketing Recruiter focusing on building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines across digital marketing, agency, and ecommerce roles for Australia-based companies. This role is focused on proactive sourcing, candidate management, and interviewing, ensuring a consistent pool of high-quality talent for current and future searches. You will be part of a collaborative, high-trust environment where you’re given autonomy from day one. You’ll work closely with Australia-based leaders, stay busy with meaningful work, and focus on building real relationships, not churning candidates. Responsibilities A. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Ownership Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels aligned with AU hiring needs. Build and maintain structured talent pools for recurring and future roles. Keep pipelines warm, accurate, and well-documented, tagging and tracking potential candidates for future opportunities. Take initiative to reach out to strong candidates even if no live role is immediately available. Track salary expectations, notice periods, residency status, and role preferences. B. Screening & Interviewing Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess capability, experience, and cultural fit. Screen candidates across performance marketing, e-commerce, creative, and client services roles. Capture clear interview notes and prepare candidate summaries for Sydney-based consultants. Provide interview preparation guidance where required. Perform reference checks as needed. C. Candidate Management & Experience Act as the first quality gate before candidates progress to client-facing consultants. Manage candidate communication, timelines, and expectations in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure a smooth transition between stages of the recruitment process. Close loops clearly and professionally, maintaining trust and candidate experience. Uphold the client's brand and culture, showcasing a collaborative, approachable, and proactive approach. D. Process & Collaboration Maintain accurate records in ATS (Team Tailor) and CRM systems. Collaborate closely with PH-based team members and Sydney consultants. Follow structured processes while adapting to team growth and evolving priorities. Support recruitment tasks as needed, potentially including basic Excel reports and LinkedIn content/posting. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a digital marketing agency or outsourcing industry. Strong hands-on sourcing experience, particularly via LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach. Experience hiring for the Australian market is required. Proficiency with Team Tailor or other ATS with strong tracking, notes, and pipeline hygiene. Proficiency with Excel, HubSpot, or equivalent tools for candidate tracking and reporting. Proficiency with Zoom, Google Meet, Dialpad, or any VOIP tools for candidate calls or communication. Excellent candidate management, communication, and follow-through skills. Process-driven but adaptable, comfortable with change, and able to work independently. Coachable, resilient, and growth-minded, seeking a long-term role. Friendly, approachable, collaborative, and able to use initiative. Strong attention to detail and trustworthiness, with the ability to deliver quality candidates without micromanagement. Personality matters here. You’re naturally engaging, communicate clearly, and build rapport easily. Candidates enjoy speaking with you, and people trust you.
