Job Description We are seeking an ambitious and eager recruiter to join our growing team. You'll be a core member of our Talent Acquisition team, helping to recruit and grow our Go to Market teams. This role is a full-time position located out of our office in Arlington, VA. This role may require up to 10% travel Scope of Responsibilities Manage full-lifecycle recruitment of GTM hires with an emphasis on skill and cultural fit Attract top talent and increase Govini brand awareness by eloquently and compellingly telling the Govini story Develop and execute against sourcing plans to identify and attract high-quality candidates Execute against sourcing plans to identify and attract high-quality candidates Create and manage a unique network of candidates through a variety of sources, including social media outreach, ongoing relationship management, referrals, campus, and networking events Screen, interview, and facilitate progression through the candidate lifecycle Consistently manage a diverse and inclusive candidate pipeline Work to diagnose current recruiting efforts and develop and implement a strategy geared towards delivering an exceptional candidate selection and onboarding experience Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to execute against hiring goals and workforce planning Qualifications U.S. Citizenship is required Required Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience sourcing, identifying, recruiting, and closing candidates at all levels of an organization Proven experience designing and ensuring the implementation of high-quality recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes Significant technical recruitment experience, preferably with an open-source tech stack Demonstrated success in delivering immediate recruiting results in a fast-paced, demanding, high-growth environment Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to creatively use all resources available to network and find candidates Proficiency and experience with ATS systems Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, oral, and written) with a keen attention to detail Motivated self-starter that is results-oriented Strong project management, prioritization, and implementation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines Desire and willingness to contribute to team goals and help those around you solve problems Desired Skills: Proven experience delivering in a hyper-growth environment Proficiency using GSuite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) Experience in or exposure to the nuances of a startup or other entrepreneurial environment We firmly believe that past performance is the best indicator of future performance.
