About the position Spencer’s is in a period of rapid growth and expansion. We are seeking a Recruiter to join our People Team and lead all recruitment and hiring initiatives in support of our growth plans. This position will lead talent acquisition for our HQ based corporate functions, as well as build high performing onsite spa teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop forward-thinking sourcing strategies and targeted attraction efforts, build robust talent pipelines, strengthen our employer brand, and deliver a best-in-class candidate and new hire experience. Key Responsibilities Own high‑volume, full‑cycle recruitment for corporate functions and onsite spa roles, managing a large requisition load with speed, accuracy, and strategic prioritization Build and sustain a proactive, high‑quality talent pipeline Perform ongoing market, competitor, and industry analysis Source top talent through diversified strategies Partner with the Spa Managers and People Team on headcount planning, onboarding, and compliance Drive seamless recruitment operations, including job postings, social media content, interview scheduling, and all administrative components of the hiring lifecycle Maintain accurate, data‑driven applicant tracking, producing dashboards, reports, and insights to evaluate recruitment performance and inform strategy Design and deploy creative, out‑of‑the‑box attraction tactics that elevate employer branding and strengthen the company’s visibility as a destination for top talent Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience Build strategic external partnerships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and community groups Experience and qualifications Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience preferably in a high-volume luxury hospitality environment Deep familiarity with ATS systems Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task Must work well under pressure Benefits Pay range for this position: $100,000.00-$115,000.00 per year - a final offer will be based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria Complimentary monthly 60-minute signature spa treatments Employee discounts on spa products and services Paid Time Off and Holidays Professional development opportunities, including continuing education Supportive, team-oriented environment that values personal and professional growth Spencer's is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate on the basis of race (inclusive of traits historically associated with race, including hair texture and protective hairstyles), color, religion, creed, gender or sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding or related medical condition, genetic information, family and medical care leave status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, political affiliation, an employee's or their dependent's reproductive health decision making (e.g., the decision to use or access a particular drug, device or medical service), or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
