Job Details Job Location: OSC Utah - Salt Lake City, UT 84111 Provides mentoring and coaching to the Recruiting Specialist and/or other talent acquisition team members in areas such as: use of ATS features, conducting intake meetings, sourcing tools, developing and managing communication templates, candidate pool management, recruiting metrics, reports Builds a strong rapport and a high level of trust with function leaders at all levels Takes the lead on assigned recruiting projects and/or difficult-to-fill positions and provides opportunities to involve and develop team members Develops and reviews job ads for accuracy Determines sourcing efforts for hard-to-fill positions and collaborates with the Recruiting Specialist Reviews and screens candidates prior to submitting for further review Schedules screens and interviews for function leaders as needed Extends job offers via the applicant tracking system and initiates background checks and drug screens Provides weekly updates with summary reports to function leaders regarding active requisitions Ensures professional communication and timely follow-through with function leaders and candidates Utilizes Indeed, LinkedIn, and/or other sourcing tools to develop candidate pools and to increase candidate flow for difficult-to-fill positions Works on talent acquisition projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Proven ability to recruit for positions at all levels and across all functions Experience marketing job opportunities to prospective candidates Experience working with an applicant tracking system and/or HRIS 2+ years of recruiting experience required.
Responsibilities
