• Make it happenOF...You are responsible for the entire recruiting process from needs analysis to onboarding
• advises managers as a sparring partner on an equal level in all recruiting issues
• develop target group-specific search strategies and formulate appealing job advertisements
• Identify and acquire talent via active sourcing and various recruiting channels
• review applications, create shortlists and make well-founded recommendations
• conduct structured interviews (remote & on-site) and ensure a positive candidate experience
• build sustainable talent pools and maintain candidate relationships
• supports employer branding activities and represents the company at events and trade fairs
