We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter based in Europe to support white-collar hiring for the U.S. market. This role requires full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle and close collaboration with U.S.-based hiring managers. The ideal candidate is self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently, with excellent communication skills and strong experience recruiting professional roles in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working with U.S. stakeholders and candidates is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for white-collar roles across the U.S. market. Partner with U.S.-based hiring managers to clearly define role requirements and hiring priorities. Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct candidate screening and interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates. Provide hiring managers with candidate insights, market feedback, and recommendations. Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and data in the ATS. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through professional and transparent communication. Meet hiring targets and timelines while managing multiple roles simultaneously. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience recruiting white-collar roles, preferably for the U.S. market. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and advanced sourcing techniques. Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned roles. Results-driven mindset with strong time management and prioritization skills. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills. Experience with Pinpoint ATS (preferred).
