• Single Point of Contact: As Senior Recruiting Manager (m/f/d) you will find employees for our exciting transformation and development projects in IT and be the central point of contact for applicants and interested parties. 
• Recruiting: You are responsible for the entire recruiting process of a defined area within our IT department: from the selection, provision and implementation of suitable personnel marketing measures and campaigns, through the selection of employees, to the consultation with the works council and the preparation of contracts.
• Applicant management: Digitally supported, you manage the entire recruitment process, conduct personal and virtual interviews, and enter into contract negotiations with applicants.
• Direct Search: With passion, targeted communication and a personal touch, you contact the right people on digital business platforms and within your networks – inspiring them about us and our IT jobs.
• Employer Branding: Whether at networking events, online or at trade fairs – you are responsible for an authentic employer presence that reflects our corporate culture and represents the values ​​and benefits of BLG LOGISTICS.

They possess strong strategic and conceptual skills and approach their operational tasks with a pronounced hands-on mentality and passion. Additionally, they can build upon the following foundations:

• Qualification: You have successfully completed your studies, preferably in economics, business administration, personnel management, human resources management, psychology or social sciences, or further training and further education related to personnel, e.g. as a personnel specialist (m/f/d).
• Expertise: You have many years of experience in recruiting and have already successfully recruited professionals and managers in the IT sector. Ideally, you are also experienced in operational HR work and in collaborating with works councils and other HR departments. 
• People Skills: You are interested in people and their personal and professional stories. Your expertise in aptitude assessment and your strong interpersonal skills form the basis for your excellent selection of our future employees.
• Tools and methods: You excel in active sourcing and networking. You are familiar with recruiting trends, creative and bold in creating campaigns and advertisements, but also structured and organized in analyzing and selecting suitable personnel marketing tools.
• Interaction: Social awareness allows you to build personal contact with our applicants – in person, by phone, or via Microsoft Teams. Excellent German skills are essential, as German is our company language.
