We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. (Note: For EpiSci job openings, fully remote work will be considered by exception.)
NICE TO HAVE:
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiting Program Manager to lead high-impact, company-wide recruiting initiatives that define how Applied Intuition attracts, engages, and hires top talent at scale. In this role, you’ll own the strategic vision and execution for critical recruiting infrastructure—spanning automation systems, operational frameworks, candidate experience, and talent brand.
You’ll act as both a strategic architect and operational leader—partnering with executives, engineering, and recruiting leadership to design the next generation of our hiring systems and programs. This is a highly visible, high-leverage role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology.
