WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

Our Deloitte Global Talent Acquisition team members are responsible to secure talent for critical roles in countries across the globe. Navigating country specific Talent Acquisition policies and processes is a daily occurrence that creates value for the organization and energizes us. Our Recruiters own the full life cycle process (from proactive sourcing through hire) for roles in Canada and US. For other geographies, we partner with our Deloitte colleagues in various countries and act as the strategic advisor to the business; ensuring their needs are met.
We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned corporate Recruiter with knowledge and experience in full lifecycle recruiting as well as selecting and aligning internal resources to support key business strategies and initiatives.
In this role you will be a part of a virtual, highly collaborative recruiting team. You will develop and foster strong consultative relationships with multiple hiring managers and senior leaders in various business units and geographies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years’ experience in full life cycle experienced hire recruiting; preferably in a multi-national or global organization specializing in technical based roles.
• Proficiency with more than one Applicant Tracking System; SAP SuccessFactors a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
• Passion for sourcing candidates; Experience leveraging state-of-the-art sourcing and networking techniques.
• Seasoned at fostering relationship and credibility with stakeholders.
• Experience reporting results with confidence and clarity to senior leaders in a large, matrixed corporation.
• Experience managing a high volume of roles in a fast paced, complex environment.
• Able to work flexible hours given the global nature of this role.
