Are you ready to help us shape the way we recruit and make a real impact on workforce transformation? We are recruiting to the post of Senior Recruitment Advisor at a time of growth and innovation. In this role, you will make a real impact in how we attract, assess, and retain talent across critical workforce areas.
You will lead on the delivery of high-quality recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill roles, including Medical, Nursing, and AHP posts, focussing particularly on designing and delivering robust assessment processes, including assessment centres and psychometric testing. International recruitment, supporting national targets and building new candidate pipelines, may also feature in the role.
You will contribute to organisational decision-making by providing robust recruitment insights, supporting workforce planning priorities, and offering professional leadership within the recruitment team, while also engaging with the NHS Scotland Centre for Workforce Supply and wider stakeholders to meet both current and future staffing needs.
Working closely with managers, HR colleagues, and external partners, you will provide expert advice, deliver engaging candidate experiences, and contribute to shaping future workforce plans within NHS Lanarkshire.
