We are seeking a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to manage the candidate lifecycle (180 model), with the potential to evolve into a 270 role. This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled professional with a passion for technology, automation, and global talent engagement. You’ll play a crucial role in sourcing top-tier candidates for prestigious international clients while enjoying the flexibility and growth of working with a progressive recruitment agency. Key Responsibilities Manage the full 180 recruitment process: candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding. Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline within the IT and professional services sectors. Collaborate closely with the UK-based client services team to understand job briefs and provide excellent candidate matches. Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to proactively source and engage candidates internationally. Implement automation tools and AI-driven recruitment processes to optimise sourcing and candidate management. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the ATS and CRM systems. Provide a first-class experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience 3–5 years of experience in a 180 recruitment role, ideally within the IT or white-collar sector. International exposure in a professional environment is essential (not limited to recruitment). Advanced LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Strong understanding or hands-on experience with automation and AI tools in recruitment or operations. Native-level English communication skills – verbal and written (you’ll be working with clients in the Nordic region). Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adopt new tools and platforms. Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
