BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CLIENT MANAGEMENT

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with clients—from job briefings to offer negotiationsProvide market insights and consultation to clients‍

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (agency or in-house)
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Proficient in recruitment tools, databases, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)[Preferred: Knowledge of industry-specific hiring such as tech, healthcare, finance, etc.]
