This is a chance for you to build an Accounting and Finance focused desk within our existing finance team. You’ll be a go-to expert in this niche, working alongside an experienced team. This isn’t just about placing people; it’s about building your own business within our business. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Growing your network: You’ll spend time getting to know local businesses, from small accountancy practices to large corporate finance departments. You’ll understand their hiring needs for roles across transactional finance, payroll, credit, and part-qualified finance.
• Finding top talent: You’ll become an expert at sourcing and engaging with great finance professionals, guiding them through the interview process, and helping them land their perfect role.
• Being a true consultant: You’ll be in charge of your own pipeline, from the first call to the final offer and beyond. We’ll give you the autonomy to manage your desk and build it into a success story, with maximum support when needed
