Responsibilities

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment initiatives within the cyber and tech sectors. You will leverage your expertise and industry knowledge to identify, engage, and place top-tier candidates while developing strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and industry engagement.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their organizational needs and cultural fit.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative recruitment strategies and achieve collective targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide clients and candidates with valuable insights.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance.
