Drive business development through proactive calls and client meetings. Interview and build strong candidate pools to meet client needs. Work closely with schools and educational organisations across Plymouth. Achieve KPIs and maintain compliance standards. What we’re looking for Proven 360 recruitment experience (education recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential). Strong sales and business development skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Resilient, proactive, and target-driven. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
