IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven success as a Recruitment Consultant dealing with both clients and candidates (education experience ideal, but not essential)
  • Track record of billings and business development
  • Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
  • Highly organised, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
  • A collaborative, team-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with the fast-paced nature of temp recruitment
  • Knowledge of the education sector is advantageous

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll manage and grow relationships with schools and educational institutions, placing top-tier candidates into temporary roles. You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to progress their recruitment career in a rewarding, people-focused sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Managing and expanding relationships with existing education clients
  • Driving new business development across the local education market
  • Running the full 360 recruitment cycle from vacancy brief to placement
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure best fit
  • Providing market insight and consultative advice to clients
  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues as needed
  • Maintaining a strong presence in the local education community
